We like to think of ourselves as unique in a few different ways, but our main differentiator is our cost. Many agencies charge up to $250/hour, and while this suits the budget of some large-scale businesses, it creates a barrier for the smaller ones. We’ve taken this into account when pricing our services.

Our services are priced in two ways – a la carte or a monthly retainer – meaning you can pick and choose individual services and pay for them as you go (typically at $50/hour + HST), or work with us to customize a package for a set monthly amount (the most budget-friendly!)

Our payment schedule requires 50% up front and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project.

That’s what we’re here for! If you’re not sure of which services would be the most beneficial to your business, we’d be happy to make some suggestions.

We can tell you it will be, but don’t take our word for it… The proof is in the data! We keep an eye on the most important metrics and provide you with reports on how your project is progressing.

This depends on a variety of factors. While we start collecting data on day 1, it typically takes a few months to collect enough to work with. Then, we tweak our strategies based on what the data is telling us, and give it a little more time to begin unfolding consistently.

Nope! In our opinion, it’s not a great way to start a relationship. If we’re working together on a set monthly retainer, we kindly just as that you provide us with one month’s notice should you decide you don’t want to go any further.

That depends! The nature of the project typically dictates how long it will take to complete. While a logo design may only take a little while (1-2 weeks), a full rebrand or new website will take longer (1-3 months). We’ll go over project timelines during the planning phase so we’re on the same page.

At the end of the day, your brand is your baby, and we respect that. We’ll always provide you with our professional opinion, but it’s ultimately up to you what we do and what we don’t.

Absolutely not! The nature of most of our services means we can work with businesses from all over Southwestern Ontario. There are certain services, like video production, that make this a little challenging, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be done.
